HVAC.Organic exists for one kind of client: the heating and cooling company that is tired of renting its phone calls by the click. We build organic search visibility, map-pack presence and useful content for HVAC companies across Canada, and we help owners decide how much paid advertising they actually need. We are a marketing and consulting service, not an HVAC contractor.
The company
HVAC.Organic is a Canadian business, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, and part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies.
- Sedighi.ca is the umbrella for Ali Sedighi's consulting on growth, marketing and technology. HVAC.Agency sits under it, as do HVAC.Digital, Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
- SAZ.ca stands for Strategy & Acceleration Zone: a Canadian firm whose work spans strategy, AI and accelerating revenue. Ali founded it and serves as its Founder & Managing Partner, and Sedighi.ca provides its strategic leadership.
Within that group, HVAC.Organic is the practice that concentrates on organic channels. Plans and prices follow HVAC.Agency, our parent agency, which also handles paid advertising for clients who need it.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads HVAC.Organic. His career in digital marketing began in 2007, the year he set up ONE.ir, a full-service digital agency, which makes 17+ years in the field. His degree is an MBA in Technology Management, and Vancouver, British Columbia, is where he lives and works today.
He also founded Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and MyAutomation.ca, and he is Founder & Managing Partner of SAZ.ca. His clients have included businesses in Canada, the USA and Dubai.
In heating and cooling specifically, Ali has built 150+ live HVAC websites. The portfolio includes Roma Heating & Cooling, HeatLand, BoilerPart.ca and CombiBoiler.ca, the organic results of which are explained on our results page. You can read more on his profile at Sedighi.ca.
What that experience means for an organic client
Seventeen years in digital marketing covers several eras of search: the keyword-stuffing years, the arrival of mobile search, the rise of the map pack, and now AI answers. Methods that worked once and later got sites penalised are exactly what we steer clients away from. The habits that survived every change are the ones this practice is built on: useful pages, honest local signals, and patience.
Why organic, and why only HVAC
We specialise because organic marketing rewards depth. Ranking for "boiler replacement" or "cold-climate heat pump installer" means writing pages that a heating technician would agree with. Knowing how a combi boiler differs from a system boiler, or why a prairie furnace replacement sells differently from a Lower Mainland heat pump, is what makes the content credible to homeowners and to Google.
We focus on organic channels because they are the part of HVAC marketing that builds value. An ad campaign is an expense that ends when the budget ends. A well-built service page, a strong review history and a useful content library keep working, and they make a business more attractive if the owner ever wants to sell.
How we work
Our working rules are simple and written down:
- Answer first. Every page we write leads with the answer, then the explanation.
- Your accounts, your name. Your domain, website, Google Business Profile, Search Console and analytics stay in your ownership.
- No invented proof. We never write fake reviews, invented customer quotes or made-up statistics, for us or for you.
- Accuracy checked by your team. Technical content is reviewed by someone who does the work before it goes live.
- Programs dated and linked. Every rebate or regulation we mention links to the official source and carries a date.
- Measured by calls. Reports show calls and booked jobs, not just rankings.
- No ranking promises. Nobody controls Google. We promise effort, honesty and clear reporting.
Where we work
We work with HVAC companies in all 10 provinces and 3 territories. Each region page explains how climate, heating fuels, language rules and local programs change what an organic strategy should include there. To see what working with us involves, read the services overview or go straight to contact: call, text or email, and you'll reach a senior strategist.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns HVAC.Organic?
HVAC.Organic belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies. Through Sedighi.ca, Ali consults on growth, marketing and technology; our parent agency, HVAC.Agency, is one of that company's brands.
Where are you based?
Our headquarters is in Vancouver, British Columbia. We work with HVAC companies across Canada. Consultations happen by video call or in person, as well as by phone, text and email, with shared reports in between.
Are you an HVAC contractor?
No. We are a digital marketing and business consulting service. We don't install, repair or service any heating or cooling equipment, and we never bid on jobs.
Who will we actually work with?
Your first conversation is with a senior strategist, and Ali Sedighi sets the strategy for every organic engagement. We don't hand new clients to a junior account manager after the sale.
